Where is the PCI subsystem major cleanup???

I just started to work on changing the Cyclades driver to be compliant to
the new PCI subsystem structure (annouced here in the list by Martin
Mares) and the first thing I noticed is that, even in the kernel 2.1.89,
the PCI patches are not present.

My question is: in which Linux kernel version is the new PCI subsystem
patch gonna be available?? 2.1.90??
