I am getting a lot of "No route to host" on hosts that are up and that I
can ping. The problem is intermittent, not solid. I am ppp-connected to
an ISP. It could be a local problem, but I haven't seen it before I
started with the pre-90 kernels, and I gather there are substantial
network changes.
