Oh yes there are - look on my machine in /pub/linux/kernel :)
Alternatively, grab pre-2.1.89-3, because they're in there too.

We've now got everything in the 2.1.x kernel which was added by the
alpha-patches, as far as I'm aware. That includes LX164 support. It's not
properly tested in 2.1.x, though - I only have an SX164, so didn't test LX164
or Ruffian support. I believe RTH tested the LX164 support, though, when he
tidied up my efforts prior to submitting them to Linus.

Try Donald Becker's latest effort. We found that the 3c59x driver in the
standard kernel brings the whole machine to a standstill, but the latest one
works. You'll find the latest release of the driver at
http://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/linux/drivers/tulip.html
The absolutely latest version is /linux/drivers/test/tulip.c
