How about:

Processor family (3-6): ?

Select the processor famliy to optimize for:

3: 386 processors and up
4: optimize compilation for Intel 486DX, 486SX, and DX4, as well as AMD
5x86 processors, the kernel will still work for other x86 chips, but may
run slower on those.
5: Intel Pentium, Pentium MMX, ...blah blah blah, you get the idea.
