soundconfig patch to 2.1.86

This patch prepends CONFIG_ to the names of various configuration options
for the sound drivers, so their names are consistent with those used
elsewhere in the kernel. It's available at:

Thanks to Michael Chastain for writing a script with which he found some
errors in the first version of this patch.
