Well I'm not going to be able to explain your problem, but Linux
runs flawlessly on my FIC PA-2007 with a K6 233. I know that's not
the desired answer, but I just wanted to say that I don't believe
this board has any problems with Linux. It's a wonderful board
under both Linux and 95.
