Would people please look over and test this for me.
STATUS: SX164 and em86 are tested and seem happy on the two machines I have
access to.
LX164 and Ruffian are known to at least compile.
KNOWN BUGS:
CONFIG_RTC will make system performance unreliable. Explain it if you
can.

I apologise - it was a race condition caused by piping incoming mail to MH,
triggered when two deliveries were made to the same folder at once. I've fixed
it now.
