No, it does not.

Well.. I lied.. If I boot with NO pirq line the kernel goes: Hey, these
defaults are stupid, I'm disabling IO-APIC..

If I give it a PIRQ line, the buslogic fails the interupt test.. (even if
I do pirq=0x0b,0x0b,0x0b,0x0b)

I'll try patch #2 later tonight..
