Patches and stuff

I've dumped my current working 2.1.82 (should fit .83/.84) patch set on
ftp.uk.linux.org - its _NOT_ tested for various reasons Im not going into
here.

Feel free to play with it, see if the ISA PnP causes any problems and if it
fixes the worst of the network problems (it has the module fix and most of
ANK's work but not his latest multicast loop fix)
