SMC EZCARD10

I've fired off a message with what info I have to the
email address in pci.h, but thought I'd ask if anyone knows
of work to support the EZCARD10, SMC1208BT ether card.
It gives one of those Unknown PCI messages during a
boot from a recently downloaded and dd'd debian
resc1440.bin (version of 19971012).
