Problem : I tried to rotate the logs (/var/log/messages in particular)
and the system will not log anything anymore. I did restart syslogd and
klogd. It only seems that syslog and messages aren't getting logged into.
I even tried to reboot the system but that didn't even help.
Please help, as logging is quite essential on this particular system.
