It is definately different. This conversation reminds me of when
Microsoft tried to trademark the word "Windows"...

Just because Apple decided to use a penguin, doesn't mean that you guys
should get uptight. I once asked why they did this and "to copy the cool
Linux gurus" was not the answer. On the other hand, the answer was
unrelated. (Don't ask me, I have since forgotten what was exactly said.)
