kernel mirror sillyness RE: bz2

Well... Sometime in the last couple days my kernel mirror ran out of space
on it's disk. by not mirroring the bz2 files I freed up a little over
700mb of free space. Yeah bzip2 is smaller, but the mirror takes up half
again as much space now if you feel you have to have everything.

Do we really feel that distributing kernels in two different formats is
warranted? presumably if you want to avoid the bandwidth suck you'll grab
a patch...
