There's a working patch against 2.0.33 and 2.1.80 but (if isofs didn't
modified) perhaps it works with 2.1.81 too.

What is this? If you have an odd, TRANS.TBL-only cd-rom, you can read long
filenames with this patch.

Bug reports are welcomed.
