I proofread this patch, and I used checkconfig.pl before and after to
check on it. It gets most of the 'needs config' messages but it
misses some: drivers/net/dlci.c, drivers/net/sdla.c, include/linux/if_frad.h.
Most of these files are likely to pick up config.h anyways but some
of them might not, particularly include/linux/if_frad.h and
kernel/panic.c.
