I also have a Cyrix 6x86 200MX, but the suggested speed is 66 MHz for
the bus and a x2.5 internal multiplier. Works pretty well. Maybe
you should try these figures.

I also tried 66 x3 but the cpu could not access reliably memory in this
configuration.
