2.1.80: small typo that stops 'make xconfig'

There is a small typo in (I think) drivers/char/Config.in line 112 (or
something like that). Basically, when 'make xconfig' fails, go that
that line and change n (without quote) to "n" (WITH quotes just like
other nearby constants... I don't know tk/tcl tho :)
