I'm looking for William Roadcap, maintainer of scripts/Menuconfig

Both MAINTAINERS and scripts/Menuconfig list William Roadcap as
the maintainer of Menuconfig, and give his address as roadcapw@cfw.com.

I wrote to him there but I got a permanent 'no such account' error.
His web address appears defunct too.

Does anyone know where I can e-mail Mr. Roadcap? I want to talk to
him about becoming the official maintainer of Menuconfig.
