soundcard.c in pre-2.1.80-3

Greetings.

I'm wondering if anyone has a fix to make soundcard.c
compile with pre-patch-2.1.80-3.

The changes in __get_free_pages seems to be the culprit.

(Removal of one argument: int dma, to be exact.)
