ip_bootp_agent in 2.1.78

Hiya everyone. I've had a look through the doco that comes with 2.1.78,
and it still seems to think that /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_bootp_agent exists,
however I don't see it and can't write to it.

I can't get my dhcpd to work at the moment (although this might be totally
unrelated) and was wondering if the file was supposed to be there still.
