The new aliasing code works differently. Its no, longer possible for this to
be built as a module.

Choosing Y only uses a tiny wee extra bit of memory anyhow. Grep
net/ipv4/*.c for CONFIG_ALIAS for more details.

I'm told the fix to the config. will be merged soon.
