Sound (cs4232) and 2.1.76

To make the cs4232 compile I had to:

1. Make sure that ad1848.c (which cs4232.c depends on) got compiled.
2. /* register_symtab(&ad1848_syms); */ in ad1848.c

Also there is an error in menuconfig which prevents setting the values for
dma-channels to 0 (only >= 1).

This is not my area, so no patches :-)
