No, the non-executable stack patch is not in Linux 2.0.33, and won't
be added to any Linux 2.0.x.

Linux 2.0 is feature-complete, adding *any* new feature would
risk the software quality. Only bug fixes are added.
Whether it should be added to Linux 2.1 was subject to a long
discussion, please read the linux-kernel archives for details
