Hi, I saw what you wrote about making an RLIMIT for CPU _load_. This
may be a good idea, but there is another idea that would also work:
Someone mentioned that they altered the scheduler so that USERS get
equal time. Right now, TASKS get equal time. I think this is a very
good idea... Unfortunately, I don't rember the location of the patch.
