Same here. 2.0.33 is rock solid. Well, I haven't ever had any problems with
any Linux kernel (I started with the 1.2.x series). I stayed for a
long time with 2.0.30 but when I got an AHA-2940U I had to upgrade to
2.0.32 because I was getting lots of timeout/resets when backing up to
the DAT unit. 2.0.32 solved the problem and I am now at 2.0.33.

My hardware config. is Pentium Pro @ 180 MHz, AHA-2940U SCSI
controller, an H-P SureStore 2000 SCSI DAT, one Barracuda
(Ultra-SCSI) and another Seagate SCSI disk. My CD-ROM is IDE.

Thanks,

E.-
