ppp-2.3.2 is not compatible with glibc.

The patch for isdn4k-utils on http://www.glibc.ml.org/ contains a patch to
make the (really similar) ippp 2.2pl9 compatible with glibc; maybe it can
even be applied to ppp-2.3.2 without changes.
