Dead file in 2.1 drivers/sound

Just noticed drivers/sound/dmabuf.c.old. It was created in 2.1.62,
patched in 2.1.69 and is not referenced. Could the sound owner delete
it, not much point in submitting a 1600 line patch just to delete the
file.
