Netscape and wait_on_page

Hi,

I see occassional 10-20 second freezes with Netscape navigator running
on a RH 4.2 box (Kernel 2.0.30).

On doing ps, the Netscape process is shown to be in status D
(uninterruptible sleep) and is waiting for some page:

Does anyone know what's wrong ?
