The standard can be obtained from IEEE. Look at www.pasc.org for more
information. Be quick, however, since they might decide to withdraw the
draft. It's quite old and there's not much commercial drive towards
standardization.

The current linux-patch for 2.0.x is available at
ftp.kernel.org:/pub/linux/libs/security/linux-privs. The current 2.1.x
patch is available from ftp.guardian.no:/pub/free/linux/capabilities/.
