make error!

Hi there,
Hmmm, maybe I am asking the already answered question. And right now
i'm writing for the experts out there to answer my question.

When i boot my linux slackware 3.3 box, i got several errors:

cannot loading ibcs.o modules. Then, when i tried to recompile my
linux kernel, it prompt me with this error:

$make menuconfig

.config:44: *** missong separator. stop

can somebody have the idea about this?
