AMD write allocate stuff

I just noticed something. The only place in 2.1.72 that the
CONFIG_AMD_K[56]_WTALLOC options exist in the Configure.help file. Are
these in the jumbo-mega-cvs-merge that has yet to propigate to the Linus
approved kernel releases?
