ipautofw?

I installed 2.0.32 and now ipautofw seems to be broken. If I cat
/proc/net/ip_autofw, everything looks fine, but attempts to connect get
"connection refused" errors. I have run tcpdump and confirmed that packets
are not getting forwarded.

masquerading is still working fine, though.

Does anybody know about this?

AFAIK, I haven't changed anything other than the kernel verson.
