Do I read correctly that RLIMIT_RSS isn't enforced in the kernel? If so
this is a very severe limitation (I was under the impression my server
was a little bit protected until I pico'd a v. large file)! And in which
case: how much work is involved in implementing it? Any pointers? Or is
someone already working on this?
