As interesting and important as this topic is, it has nothing
to do with Linux-SMP. What we're talking about is some sort
of DOS/Win95 emulator, which would just be a Linux program
like WINE or DOSEMU, using whatever system resources are
available according to whatever Linux system it runs on.
