[2.0.31] memory leak and sysklogd

This could be a stupid email.

Reading about memory leak in 2.0.31 kernel I tried to examine the problem.
I noticed that pressing SHIFT+SCROLL-LOCK the memory was lowering. This
happens also in 2.1.6x. This was caused by syslogd/klogd. I killed syslogd
and klogd and now 2.0.31 seems to not eat ram, but I will continue to
examine the problem now.
