2.1.59 freeze

Hi all,
I have been running 2.1.59 for about 2 days now with several of bill's
patches (dcache_59-patch, fsh_59-patch, inode_win59-patch, super_59-patch)
I have experience no problems until tonight, when it froze solid.
I was telneting through it at the time and the connection was dropped.
Could no longer telnet in (didn't think to ping it) when I checked on the
physical machine a few minutes later I realized that the keyboard was
locked, and the console was blank (power save mode) and would not come
back up, eventually hit reset.

Nothing in the logs showed a problem, it just showed my last telnet
session, then the restart when I rebooted the machine.

system:
intel P100
16MB
NE2000 NIC
real light load, both network and system.
