TX chipset support

My friend has a Iwill p55xb2 motherboard with Intel TX chipset
(chips are labeled FW82371AB and FW82439TX). Both 2.0.31pre9 and 2.1.55
reboot immediately after first 6-10 lines of boot screen. Can we do
something with it?
