The AIC7XXX based 29xx cards are what I was refering to.
Note that I've been trying to get the basic docs for 2 years now.
Their literature dept wouldn't budge, so I was told to move up the
ladder. I even was in contact with the ACAP manager, who PROMISED
to get me the info...and nothing happened. My follow-up messages
started to go into a black hole. I just gave up after this.
P.S. ACAP manager is Robin Mizell <RMizell@corp.adaptec.com>
Last communication I got was Feb. 24, 1997. Robin had been
the ACAP manager for 5 months at that point (so Robin stated).
