The bug was spotted by Michael Chastain and originally misread by me.
My apologies to him again.
Note that there are also a few significant changes to the IPv6
TCP ICMP handlers in this snapshot that are only lightly tested.
Some testers that try it with some real-life IPv6 traffic would
be most welcome.
