Code for CONFIG_SOFTCURSOR is missing from 2.1.55

Hi,

I've noticed that the CONFIG_SOFTCURSOR option appeared in the help
texts for Linux 2.1.54 or 2.1.55. However, I didn't see the code in
either of the patches nor did it appear in a comprehensive grep of all the
files in the kernel tree.

What gives?
