Busy inodes after unmount?

This doesn't appear to be an error, but I was wondering if it signifies
anything bad

VFS: Busy inodes after unmount. Self-destruct in 5 seconds. Bye-bye..

I get this warning under 2.1.52pre2 whenever I unmount my jaz drive. It
doesn't seem to matter whether it's a vfat or ext2 partition and nothing
bad appears to happen.
