There are a couple undefined constants in drivers/net/net.c, namely:
PCI_VENDOR_ID_NETVIN and PCI_DEVICE_ID_NETVIN_NV5000SC. Presumably they
belong in include/linux/pci.h along with the rest of them, but I have no idea
what their values should be. I gave them values of 0x0000 so my kernel would
compile, which it now happily does. I presume someone will know the correct
values for them. Alan? :)
