Lots of people are using very old binaries. I still get the odd bit of email
from someone complaing that lrogue985 is in a "funny format" and won't run
[ie its a.out].

I guess 2.2 would be a good time to drop anything not used prior to
libc 4.6.27 , but to include anything 4.6.27 uses.
