pre-2.0.31-7 bug

The patch to ne.c to allow the NETVIN PCI clone cards was added, but the
patch to include/pci.h that defined the values for NETVIN wasn't. As a
result, you get things like this:

ne.c:79: `PCI_VENDOR_ID_NETVIN' undeclared here (not in a function)
ne.c:79: initializer element for `pci_clone_list[4].vendor' is not
constant
ne.c:79: `PCI_DEVICE_ID_NETVIN_NV5000SC' undeclared here (not in a
function)
ne.c:79: initializer element for `pci_clone_list[4].dev_id' is not
constant

I remember seeing the patch for this float through, but I don't have it
any more. Someone should send Linus the correct patch to pci.h in order
to fix this properly (or else the NETVIN line needs commented out of
ne.c).
