2.1.49 & dueling oops's

Hmm... These are only my second set of oops's with resent kernels, my last
was on shutdown (between umount -a, and mount -o remount,ro -a AFAIR; but
then the box rebooted so ...)

Well nothing was going on, I was reading mail a while before, but I'd
stoped and was watching TV from the other side of the room at the time ...

The last thing in the log is the ppp module being unloaded, but it was
>8mins before... The only networking I have is loopback and ppp, but I
do have several sockets stuck on FIN_WAIT1 & FIN_WAIT2 (cos the ppp
droped earler, I've saved "netstat -o" if anyone want's to see it (just
in time too, I managed to sak kill all procs, and softdog did the rest;)).

nice EIP ;), and look no Code, just annother oops :(.
