VCD filesystem ( ISO9660 extend ? )

I got stuck in reading data from Video CDs. Seems, that it's not
fully ISO9660 compatible, as Windoze, for example read them fine. I heard
there was a patch for Linux isofs driver, that could make it read VCDs. Is
this true ? And if yes, where could I find it ?
