Prety much, but it still seems to be a bit broken (tho it may be that fs
is a little broken).

You can finger @linux.kernel.org for that, or subscribe to
linux-kernel-announce@vger.rutgers.edu (I think, something like that) for
an announcement of a new kernel, or linux-kernel-patch@vger.rutgers.edu
for an announcement and the patch (I know this one ;).
