Resolved: DEC DEFPA FddiController Problems.

Meant to post this earlier, but I kind of forgot to do it. =)

Turns out that the problems I was having (machine with the FDDI board in
it would hard lock under linux when ifconfig-upped) were really really
really hardware related. Tyan's Titan VX line of motherboards appear to
have a really brain-damaged PCI bios, or something like that. I switched
to an ASUS motherboard, and now the card works perfectly well. =)
