I am trying

ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/testing/pre-patch-2.1.44-2.gz

and I found a lot of problems using it while I am upgrading some Debian
packages. I must do a e2fsck to recover these problems and now I have a
lot of files '...??xxx' on the debian upgraded directory directory.

I suppose there are other bugs in the file_system improvements that
comes with [2.1.43] not fixed with pre-patch-2.1.44-2 yet.
