Hi!

SORRY for the mails which were routed back to the list members!!!

The case was, that the @suse.de internet-line was death,
and I have bounced all mails there.

There was a CC back to the list in some mails...:

From: Ricky Beam <root@defiant.interpath.net>
To: mt@nirwana.mt.suse.de
Cc: davem@jenolan.rutgers.edu, root@ohwig03.houston.omnes.net,

Subject: Re: DANGER! pre-patch-2.1.43 (the undead rm can't die)

But it was i good test for the kernel ;-)

Hubert or Werner have started a cron job which started continously
a little program, that allocated some memory in a death loop.

The memory was out, swap full, but Linux is worked on (2.0.30 with
old buffer code) :-))

I had any problems to stop it... I got allways a segmentation fault
while I have tryed to start anything (ps -ax)... ;-)

Bye,
Marius.
